Affordable Theatre Cloth Hire

To make our theatre cutcloths affordable we hire theatre cloths by the day, as we know no two shows are the same. If you can’t find what you are looking for, or you aren’t sure how we can help then please contact us with any questions.

You can hire all our cloths by the day, starting with a minimum of 4 days. Your hire days should start with the day you need the theatre cloth to arrive at your location, and finish on the day the cloth will be collected.

We will arrange for our courier service to deliver the cloths to your location on the day your cloth hire starts. You’ll need someone there to sign for it, and possibly someone to help carry them into the theatre if you have ordered multiple cloths. We’ll organise the courier to collect the cloths from you on the final day of your hire, you’ll need to be there once again to ensure all cloths are properly packed, bagged and collected by the courier.

Actual cloth sizes are displayed against the cloth on the website as they vary, mostly depending on the type of cloth they are.

Packed for delivery the cloths generally come in strong vinyl bags approx 1.5m by 75cm, and can weigh anything up to 30kg, again depending on the type of cloth.

How does it work?

You can hire all our theatre backcloths and backdrops by the day, starting with a minimum of 4 days. Your hire days start with the day you need the theatre cloth to arrive at your location, and finish on the day the cloth will be collected. Deliveries are made only on weekdays. If you are unsure about anything or need something unique, call or email us, we’ve been told we’re lovely.

We don’t mind how you pay for the theatre backcloths and backdrops, whatever is easiest for you. If you want to book them now and pay a deposit to confirm the booking, then just select that option. We can call you and discuss the options available and also the payment schedule. If you want to just pay now and get it done – that’s ok too. Pay by card credit / debit card option or select pay by Bank Transfer (BACS) option and you’re good to go. If you are unsure about anything or need something unique, call or email us, we’ve been told we’re lovely.

We will arrange for our courier service to deliver the theatre backcloths or backdrops to your location on the date specified on your booking. They will need to be signed for. On return you’ll need to be there once again to ensure all cloths are properly folded correctly, boxed and collected by the courier. Packed for delivery the theatre backcloths come in strong plastic boxes 400mm x 600mm and can weigh anything up to 30kg depending on the type of cloth.
