Whether you need a single cloth or a full set, you’ll find flexible hire options and great value for every performance.

We like to keep things simple. The prices here are for every cloth, inclusive of hire, delivery* and collection. If you need more than 27 days then call us.

How does it work?

You can hire all our theatre backcloths and backdrops by the day, starting with a minimum of 4 days. Your hire days start with the day you need the theatre cloth to arrive at your location, and finish on the day the cloth will be collected. Deliveries are made only on weekdays. If you are unsure about anything or need something unique, call or email us, we’ve been told we’re lovely.

We don’t mind how you pay for the theatre backcloths and backdrops, whatever is easiest for you. If you want to book them now and pay a deposit to confirm the booking, then just select that option. We can call you and discuss the options available and also the payment schedule. If you want to just pay now and get it done – that’s ok too. Pay by card credit / debit card option or select pay by Bank Transfer (BACS) option and you’re good to go. If you are unsure about anything or need something unique, call or email us, we’ve been told we’re lovely.

We will arrange for our courier service to deliver the theatre backcloths or backdrops to your location on the date specified on your booking. They will need to be signed for. On return you’ll need to be there once again to ensure all cloths are properly folded correctly, boxed and collected by the courier. Actual cloth sizes are displayed against the backcloth on the website as they vary. Packed for delivery the theatre backcloths come in strong plastic boxes 400mm x 600mm and can weigh anything up to 30kg depending on the type of cloth.
